Lana was released by WWE two years ago. After a two-year hiatus from the industry, she joined AEW in 2023 at the All Out pay-per-view in an attempt to save Miro. Before the infection forced her out of the action, she was part of a storyline with AEW star Andrade El Idolo as his manager.
