“It’s just fu***** great,” Multi-time champion names Abbey Road as an influential music album that changed his life

WWE Fans have seen the birth of several legends in the WWE Ring. A few of them like John Cena, The Rock, Triple H, and many more are almost unforgettable, one such name is Chris Jericho. Despite having jumped ship to AEW in 2018, the multiple-time WWE Champion is loved by fans from various backgrounds. He recently celebrated his 53rd Birthday on 9th November 2023. He was also a part of the Allison Hagendorf Show, where he talked about a number of subjects. Even the influential music album that changed his life, to quote him:
“Master of Puppets was a game changer. I think Abbey Road was really influential on me because it was so diverse and very weird, and very not Beatles, but it is Beatles, it’s just fu****g great.”
The Demo God is currently leading the Jericho Appreciation Society on AEW. He is noted for his rockstar persona and occasionally performs with his band Fozzy. Jericho has a legendary status because of his technical prowess and his ability to amazingly reinvent his character, throughout his career.
On October 18, 2023, it was revealed that Jericho had signed a contract extension with AEW. Jericho now has greater responsibility on his shoulders as he shall assume the role of coach and creative consultant. Jericho’s latest title reign came as ROH Champion (marking 8th overall world championships). It lasted for 80 days where he defeated several names like Dalton Castle, Colt Cabana, Tomohiro Ishii, and Bandido.

Chris Jericho is one of the biggest names in professional wrestling. ‘The Ocho’ was last seen dominating the Ring Of Honor, as its World Champion where he defeated many big names from the Indies. The Lionheart recently celebrated his birthday and was part of the Allison Hagendorf Show. He participated in the “Deep Cuts” rapid-fire question round.
He answered several questions throughout the round. Fans learned how his first concert was of Police. His biggest written song is Judas by Fozzy. Despite being so mundane, ridiculous, and eccentric, ‘Big Lebowski’ remains his favorite movie. Fans even learned that he loves to eat meat pizza with extra cheese after wrestling. Jericho also revealed that if it was possible to meet someone either dead or alive, he would’ve loved to meet certain names like John Lennon, Cliff Burton, and Michael Jackson.
Such sessions are not only special for the superstars but also for fans. Through such sessions, the fans who love to stay connected with every aspect of their favorite wrestlers get great insight into their lives. Jericho is scheduled to return to Ultimate DDT Party 2023 in Japan, where he will face Konosuke Takeshita. It will mark his first match in Japan since facing Hiroshi Tanahashi in 2020.
