Tony Khan is one of the co-founders and president of All Elite Wrestling (AEW). In addition to the world of professional wrestling, the billionaire and his father own major sports teams such as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham. The latter team gained promotion into England’s top flight league, the Premier League, this season. Yesterday, Fulham fell short against Aston Villa, losing 1-2. Therefore, the Villans celebrated their win online by taking a dig at Khan.

The Aston Villa X account posted a hilarious clip of AEW top star, Swerve Strickland‘s manager, Prince Nana, performing his usual dance while the score graphic was displayed on the screen. Interestingly, Tony Khan was in attendance at Craven Cottage. Moreover, other prominent AEW names, such as Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy, accompanied their boss for the game.

Many were of the similar opinion that the Villa admin brutally trolling Khan was hilarious. A few fans posted memes of the AEW owner’s reaction to the video. Meanwhile, others commented by using Swerve Strickland’s catchphrases in a quirky manner. A fan called for Khan to respond to the meme immediately, as he’s known for his social media antics.

Therefore, some called the stadium “Watkins’ House,”  eluding to the 33-year-old wrestler’s popular line. All in all, most fans understood that the troll was a friendly banter between the sides.
