The main event of All in 2023 was one to be remembered for ages. MJF and Adam Cole showed fans that they are currently among the top performers in the industry. The match from start to finish was a roller coaster of emotions, evident by the reactions of the fans in attendance. The story in the buildup for this match was that Adam Cole might use any tactics necessary to win the title.

The same was also teased multiple times due to the match. Cole contemplated turning on his best friend several times. On the other hand, MJF could not attack his best friend. This was proved when he did not pile drive Adam Cole on the announcer’s table. The match ended in a shock as MJF retained the title, defeating Cole. However, instead of boasting about his victory, Friedman went to his friend and tried to console him.

This did not sit well with Cole, as he tried to push MJF away in anger. However, MJF dealt with it beautifully, throwing the title away and saying that it did not mean more to him than their friendship. This is when MJF offered Cole to attack him and get a lawyer, as he did not want to upset his best friend.

However, even Cole could not turn on MJF as he hugged the champion to a thunderous ovation. Roderick Strong was on the outside and was furious that Adam chose Friedman over him as his friend. Adam Cole and MJF created history by mainlining the biggest event in the history of professional wrestling.
