The last pay-per-view of All Elite Wrestling witnessed some pivotal moments heading forward. The show marked the end of the historic title run of MJF. However, the highlight of the show came during the closing sequence of the event, when the identity of the devil was revealed.
After the dust was set down, MJF and Adam Cole were attacked by the masked men. However, in the middle of the assault, the lights went out, only to see Cole sitting on a steel chair with the masked men behind him. MJF looked at Cole in disbelief as he identified himself as the Devil.
It was a shocker for everyone sitting in the arena, including the fans at home. Following the reveal, the unnamed faction led by Cole ambushed MJF, leaving fans in dismay. Moreover, it was a shocker for everyone, as no one believed an injured Cole to be the man behind the mask.
In addition to that, MJF also lost the AEW World Championship to Samoa Joe. It is going to be interesting to see the aftermath of the attack on Dynamite next week in AEW.
