WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is one of the greatest wrestling figures of all time. He recently made his shocking debut at All Elite Wrestling and signed a contract with the promotion. However, recently, AEW was brutally trolled by fans when they did a shocking thing with the Nature Boy.
AEW announced a poster for their January show, Collision, and Ric Flair took all the spotlight by being in the centermost position. Although this shouldn’t be a problem given how influential Flair is, that still didn’t sit well with the wrestling fans. They took to Twitter and brutally trolled AEW for putting Ric Flair at the center of the poster.
The WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair, made an appearance on AEW as a gift for Sting from Tony Khan. Ric made it very clear that he was there to stay when he signed a multi-year contract with the company. Since then, fans are eagerly waiting to see in what capacity the 74-year-old will entertain them. However, AEW making him the poster boy became a matter of laughter for the fans.
Fans gave this a bit too much attention, as they made fun of the poster. They trolled the company, for putting Flair in the center of the poster. Some fans even compared Flair to John Cena and said Flair wouldn’t bring any viewership. According to them, there are many top stars in the company like Samoa Joe, who deserve to take center stage.

When the poster was released with the announcement of the show, fans were really happy to see the legend. But fans quickly noticed Flair in the center of the poster; they were not quite entertained. While some fans are just excited to see him and think it would increase the ratings, others think exactly the opposite of that.
They were angry with AEW and trolled them brutally for putting the 74-year-old at the front and center of the poster. Some said it was a cheap tactic to advertise a wrestler way past his prime just for the ratings. They even criticized Tony Khan for promoting Ric like he is the main draw of the company, which he is not regardless of his status.
While the AEW fans loved to see Ric Flair in the company, they were surely not pleased with the fact that he became the poster boy, grabbing the center spot. Fans believe that the current wrestlers should have gotten that opportunity. It will be interesting to see how things shape up for the WWE legend.
