Tommaso Ciampa recently became the WWE Tag Team Champion along with his longtime friend Johnny Gargano. Although he has finished that story, he hasn’t managed to hit the RKO on Randy Orton. After multiple failed attempts, he turned to someone close to The Viper for advice on social media.

The Blackheart took to X and came across a video clip in which Randy Orton‘s wife, Kim Orton, gave him an RKO on a beach. Tommaso Ciampa immediately reacted to the video by sending an emoji, indicating that he was taking important notes on how to hit an RKO on The Legend Killer. Ciampa and Johnny Gargano have been trying to catch him off guard for several weeks.

The first time he tried to RKO Orton was in an empty arena. While the 14-time world champion was messaging someone on his phone, Ciampa came running and screaming to take him down. However, as expected, he was unsuccessful. He even tried to use his daughter as bait to RKO the future Hall of Famer, but wasn’t successful there either.

The duo won their first-ever gold on the main roster when they defeated Grayson Waller and Austin Theory on the July 5 episode of SmackDown. However, The Bloodline’s new member, Jacob Fatu, destroyed them the next week. Meanwhile, The Viper met a similar fate as them on the same episode of SmackDown.
