On last week’s episode of SmackDown, Jacob Fatu finally emerged on WWE television. For months, rumors and speculation pointed toward him joining the Stamford-based promotion and his family, The Bloodline. After his impactful debut on Friday, WWE announced what could be The Samoan Werewolf’s first match.

During last night’s Raw edition, a six-man tag team bout was made official for the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE. The trio of Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton will take on The Bloodline in Toronto. Moreover, the graphic for the match displayed all four current members of the faction: Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Fatu.

However, the Tribal Heir will be the one to miss out, as he’ll presumably be watching closely at ringside. As such, this might officially be the former MLW star’s debut match in WWE. Having said that, fans will receive clarification on this on the upcoming edition of SmackDown. Speaking of his first appearance, Jacob Fatu proved why many had been eagerly awaiting his arrival.

After laying waste to Owens and Orton, he turned his attention toward The American Nightmare. Despite the latter’s attempts to fight him off, the 32-year-old hit a splash on the Undisputed WWE Champion through the announcer table. Needless to say, the babyface trio won’t back down from a fight and will be looking to seek revenge this Friday on SmackDown.

Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony announced for this week’s SmackDown

Following the destruction single-handedly caused by Jacob Fatu, The Bloodline’s first major step has been revealed. In addition to the MITB six-man tag team match, WWE announced on last night’s Raw that the faction will be holding a “Bloodline Acknowledgment Ceremony” on SmackDown.

Details regarding the segment weren’t mentioned during the announcement. However, fans speculated that it could be linked to the introduction of Fatu. As is the case with these types of segments, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the trio interrupt the faction.

All in all, the next few weeks promise to be enthralling for the WWE Universe. Amidst all the chaos, a certain Tribal Chief is close to returning on television. In fact, he could return as soon as the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE.
