After breaking out into his weird brief burst, he also voiced his support for the 2024 Republican Nominee. Now, Garcia (25-1, 20 KO) is seen to similarly shadowbox in yet another such pomp setting. A fan or two have accordingly marveled at the unusual link-up. Concurrently, some others have mentioned that it is good to see Covington humble down and heed his industry peers for once. Others, however, have invoked the fact that ‘Chaos’ has a current feud going on with welterweight Ian Machado Garry.

Despite Garry not mustering fan support due to his turbulent PR standing, the blame now lies with Covington for not signing a fight contract. Some have even mockingly quipped at the ironical difference between him and Garcia. A guy who undersold his performance capabilities versus the guy who oversold it.
