The Royal Rumble season is akin to Christmas time for the WWE Universe. Fans get to witness several legends and Hall of Famers make their return to WWE. Sometimes, they even participate in the Rumble match. The 2025 version of this PLE featured a special appearance from The Godfather.
The Godfather was shown sitting in the live crowd during the broadcast. He had a joint in his hand and was seen smoking marijuana while enjoying the show. Fans were taken aback after seeing this. In fact, another Hall of Famer, Rob Van Dam, has also teased showing up to WrestleMania 41 with a joint in his hand.
This also reminded fans of another incident that took place on the debut episode of Raw on Netflix. That show featured a special appearance from Travis Scott, who accompanied Jey Uso during his entrance. As the two superstars made their way through the crowd, the American rapper was also seen with a blunt in his hand, smoking it as he walked down the arena.

Apart from The Godfather, other Hall of Famers were also a part of this show. Trish Stratus also showed up after nearly 18 months, entering the Women’s Royal Rumble match as number 25. Another Hall of Famer, Nikki Bella, entered the match as number 30 and was greeted by a thunderous pop from the live crowd.

Nikki Bella entered the Women’s Royal Rumble at number 30. She spent about 3 minutes in the match. She scored just one elimination after knocking Grand Slam Champion Bayley over the top rope. Shortly afterward, she was eliminated by Nia Jax.
Shortly after being eliminated, Bella had a confrontation with Bayley outside the ring, where she slapped the former WWE Women’s Champion. In a post-match backstage segment, she also stated that she’s never had many interactions with the Role Model throughout her career and may be looking to cause some chaos for her in the future.
There are parts me of that have unfinished business, long business, with Charlotte Flair, but also Liv Morgan. It’s great to see some of my girls back here. We still have Naomi and Nattie. I’ve never caused chaos to Bayley, that someone I’ve really been loving.

Furthermore, Bella talked about having unfinished business with Charlotte Flair and Liv Morgan. She also wanted to kick Chelsea Green off of her high horse. Statements like these made it seem that this was not a one-off appearance by the Hall of Famer. Instead, she may be entering into a feud against other superstars heading into WrestleMania.
