The Philadelphia Eagles are facing the Washington Commanders at their home in a battle that could give either team a chance at further cementing their playoff hopes. But for some, such as AJ Brown, playing at home means being around his family in both victory and defeat.

The two-time All-Pro has two children with longtime girlfriend Kelsey Riley. A four-year-old daughter named Jersee, and a two-year-old son named AJ Brown Jr.. With the latter being a football son, the superstar was likely to draw him into the game early on.

He is often seen with his parents on the Lincoln Financial Field during warm-ups. Sometimes he plays with other kids around his age as his superstar father gets ready for battle. But ahead of this game against the Commanders, he was drawn into playing with his father.

A video clip shared on the NFL’s official X account shows AJ Brown first handing a ball to his son. Then he runs ahead as he seemingly tried to teach his son how to run into the end zone. As at the end of that run, Brown junior let go of the ball similarly to how sometimes his father lets go of the ball after scoring a touchdown.

It seems his mother recorded the interaction. As the two-year-old looked back at the camera once he scored the touchdown. A heartwarming moment for the Brown family as no matter what the outcome of the game, their youngest member will probably remember this play with his father.

AJ Brown and his receiving core will not face Marshon Lattimore

The Philadelphia Eagles have been flying high off late with a string of five straight impressive wins. In those wins, both the offense and defense have played well. But tonight, there was growing intrigue if the likes of AJ Brown and his receivers will face new Washington Commanders signing Marshon Lattimore. ESPN’s NFL Insider Adam Schefter gave the all-important update earlier.

Commanders ruled out CB Marshon Lattimore for Thursday night’s game vs. Eagles. His Washington debut will wait.

The four-time Pro Bowler has been struggling with a hamstring injury and did not practice all week. The Eagles’ receiving core is formidable enough to not bother about one star cornerback.

Add to that they have Saquon Barkley in the backfield to continue his stellar season. But the Commanders would want to fix the wrongs of the past few games and go home with a win.
