It’s called a Lisfranc injury. Look it up, it sucks! I thought when I took off my boot. I would have a bone sticking out of my foot. https://t.co/7eEHiHC0Zg

Dave Meltzer gave his thoughts on the possible retirement of AJ Styles
AJ Styles has elucidated his plans for retirement several times in the past few years. After having an illustrious career of over 20 years, many think he might hang up his boots in the near future. Meanwhile, wrestling veteran Dave Meltzer had a different take on the future of The Phenomenal One.
Speaking on Keepin’ It 100, Meltzer said that he does not see Styles retiring from in-ring action. He added that he believes that The Phenomenal One is in good shape. Therefore, there is no chance he would hang up his boots at this point.
Moreover, the historian went on to say that if he had to leave WWE in the future due to retirement, he might possibly head to AEW for a short stint. Meltzer said that many stars have revitalized their careers at a late age. Hence, Styles might have to put in some extra work to stay in the business.
