As advertised a week in advance, AJ Styles was supposed to call out Logan Paul. The roles were slightly reversed on Raw this week when The Maverick came out first. He soon spotted NYC’s own Andrew Schulz nestled in the front row, who wasn’t that far away from TKO COO Mark Shapiro.

Paul started talking trash with Schulz. The WWE Superstar asked the stand-up comedian what he was looking forward to the most on the show. The Guy Code star said he attended Raw for the same reason as everyone else did—CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins inside a steel cage.

Andrew dished out an insult for Paul, saying nobody flocked to MSG to see him, insinuating he’s not a real wrestler. Logan snapped and got physical with Schulz. The Westlake-born social media icon dragged Schulz to the ring and was about to plant him with his finishing maneuver—the Paulverizer.

A catastrophe was averted when AJ Styles made his way out and went right after the former US Champion. AJ laid Paul out with his patented Phenomenal Forearm. Styles later checked on Schulz as the two dapped it up after Logan got embarrassed in front of nearly 20,000 fans at The Garden.

That being said, The Maverick would definitely want to settle the score with the former two-time WWE Champion. Their rift started last month when Paul used underhanded tactics to eliminate Styles from the Royal Rumble match. Although it’s merely a speculation at this point, Paul vs. Styles could happen at WrestleMania 41.

Has WWE dropped a big-time title feud for AJ Styles?

A couple of weeks ago on Raw, AJ Styles had his first one-on-one match since recovering from a Lisfranc injury. He beat Dominik Mysterio in the process. As Styles was basking in the adulation of the crowd, a certain Bron Breakker was measuring him from behind.

The Georgia Pitbull intercepted an attempted spear from Breakker, who instead connected with Mysterio. AJ then reduced Bron to spaghetti legs. Even though The Unpredictable Badass tried getting his lick back, there’s no way Styles would’ve allowed that to happen. Their confrontation sparked rumors of a WrestleMania-level program.

However, Styles hasn’t interacted with Breakker ever since then. In fact, the former NXT Champion has an IC title defense against Finn Balor next week on Raw in Brussels. At this point, it appears less likely that Styles would revert back to Breakker en route to WrestleMania 41 when he has a Logan Paul problem to deal with.
