Roy Keane predicts that Liverpool is going to defend its title

Alan Shearer predicted the winner to be between Liverpool and Manchester City while Roy Keane predicted the winner to be Liverpool. The two teams have been engaged in a two-horse race since the start of the 2018/19 season and the rivalry is going on still.

Alan Shearer said that Liverpool and Manchester have the quality to go all the way and fight. He said that these two teams will fight till the end in every corners and one among them will lift the trophy. He also said that Tottenham, Leicester and Southampton will have a say in this race as they’ve started the season brightly and are consistent too.

Surely it seems like it is Liverpool again?

After the Manchester City v Liverpool match, Roy Keane said that Liverpool will be the champions again. He said that the defending champions will be successful in their defence since they still have the fire to win it more. According to him, he didn’t see any fire in any of the Manchester City players. He said that it all comes down to the manager and praised Jurgen Klopp for keeping his team motivated despite the recent win. Any team would’ve been resting on their laurels, but Jurgen Klopp has managed to keep his team humble enough.
