Amanda Nunes is just hours away from her fight against Megan Anderson at UFC 259. She will be defending her featherweight title against the lanky Australian. The two-division champion, as usual will be going into the fight as the favourite, and will be looking forward to picking up a routine win.

Speaking about Amanda Nunes in a telephonic interview with Jim Rome, UFC President Dana White heaped praise on her fighting skills as well as her personality. The bossman was amazed at the fact that Amanda had ‘been dropping guys during the training camp’, adding that she was looking better than ever.

Dana White was quoted as saying, “She’s one of my all-time favorites. She doesn’t care who she’s fighting, she’ll fight anybody. One of the sweetest people that you’ll ever meet, very, very easy to deal with, but once she steps inside the octagon, she’s an absolute savage. What’s scary about her right now is Dan Lambert, the guy that runs her team, is saying he doesn’t understand why but she looks better than she’s ever looked in this camp, and she was dropping guys in camp. So this is gonna be interesting.“

He continued, “I think [Nunes is] the greatest female fighter of all time. Personally, I love her. She’s a great human being. She’s the only one that’s held on to two titles and consistently defended both titles.

Well, Amanda Nunes looks to be in ‘some form’. She will be hoping that things go her way, as it usually does, against the 6 feet tall Megan. Do you think Megan Anderson can pull off an upset?
