Amon-Ra St. Brown wears customized merchandise, trolling Steelers WR George Pickens
Steelers wide receiver George Pickens called Amon Ra St. Brown a slot merchant and the Lions wideout responded with a great business idea to use it as a catch phrase for new merchandise.

Wide receivers pride themselves on being the focal point of an offense which often gives birth to massive egos. George Pickens isn’t known for his composure and plays with his emotions unchecked which leads to either trouble with the referee or other players. Even though he didn’t play against Amon-Ra St. Brown in the 2024 regular season, he still picked a fight with the Detroit Lions ace.
Not an MMA-like fight but similar to banter. Pickens’ reception count took a nosedive in back-to-back games against the Cowboys and the Raiders following a 7-reception and 113-yard game against the Colts in week four.
This ticked off the third-year receiver and instead of owning up, he ranted against St. Brown who was off to a great start, losing just once in the first five games and logging in 31 receptions, 270+ yards, and three touchdowns.
Well, his ranting worked as Mike Tomlin replaced Justin Fields who started the season as the QB 1 with veteran Russell Wilson. In week 7, the Steelers defeanted the Jets and Pickens caught 5 passes for 111 yards and one touchdown.
No way: #Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown released 'slot merchant' t-shirts and sweatshirts:

St. Brown kept receipts and on the final day of the regular season against the Vikings, showed up wearing a hoodie with the graphic ‘Slot Merchant’ on the back. The Pro Bowler closed his 2024 season with 6 catches for 77 yards, a 9-31 win, and lifting back-to-back NFC North titles. Pickens on the other hand caught one and dropped three passes from six targets for zero yards in a 19-17 loss against the Bengals.
George Pickens and Amon-Ra St. Brown can settle their feud in the playoffs
While Dan Campbell’s Lions locked the first seed in the NFC, the Steelers were on the verge of missing out on postseason football after losing the final four games of the season. Fortunately, they had won 10 games by that point and other teams (the Bengals and Broncos) lost several games for Tomlin’s team to finish as the sixth seed.
The Lions have the first week off, but the Steelers must beat the third seed, 12-5 Baltimore Ravens, a team they lost to twice in the season. If both the Lions and the Steelers win their respective divisional games then George Pickens and Amon-Ra St. Brown can settle their feud in the Super Bowl.

However, it will be an uphill battle for the Steelers who are the least favorite (+9000) to win the Lombardi Trophy for the first time since Ben Roethlisberger led them in 2009. The Lions, on the other hand, are the favorites with +280 to finally scratch their name off from the list of teams that have never played in a Super Bowl in their history, let alone lifted the Lombardi.
