I am not a feminist at all. I say it like it is. I do not hide it, I am not a feminist, I want a man to be stronger than me. Conventionally, not only stronger but perhaps wiser. I do not want to take on the responsibility of a man. I want a man to take it for me.

Anastasia Potapova explains how male coaches are different than female ones

Anastasia Potapova gave her opinion on the debate about male and female coaches. She thinks that though there’s a ‘better connection with women’ as they ‘understand’ each other, it’s ‘easier’ for her to work with a male coach as it helps to build a professional distance.

But with men, you can establish a professional working distance that will not interfere with your life. That’s how it is for me, I don’t know, it’s different for all girls, we know different stories, it seems to me that everyone knows them, but it’s always been like that for me.
