The event acquainted the Heat’s controversial star with comedian Andrew Schulz, a certified Knicks fan. In an exchange of challenges, he might have had an offer for Butler.

Andrew Schulz challenged Jimmy Butler in a game of Padel, adding a huge condition to meet should the Heat star lose. The comedian jokingly ultimated the six-time NBA All-Star to join the New York Knicks in such a case.

Adding on, he casually told them he was at his practice while he stood beside him, making the room erupt into fits of laughter.

Jimmy Butler’s appearance at the private dinner party in Miami came following his second suspension in three weeks. All the ado started when he expressed wanting an out from the team and wished to be traded. Consequently, the franchise banned Butler from two games, alleging it came after a “continued pattern of disregard of team rules”.

Jimmy Butler’s shots with the Miami Heat’s president Pat Riley seemed to have started as soon as the tensions surfaced to the public. Following his first suspension, the Heat star seemingly roasted his ‘boss’ in a viral video shot for his coffee shop in Miami. The clip posted on Instagram immediately caught the fans’ attention as they filled in on the joke.

The video showcased Butler working errands in the shop as he interacted with a coffee shop helper. While patting him on the back, he took a jab at his basketball team president, in a pretty direct statement. Butler explained that was what bosses were supposed to do. Additionally, he expressed how a boss should lift their team members and not ‘pull them down’.
