Former UFC middleweight fighter Darren Till has now advanced significantly in boxing, finding success and hype. A week ago, Till fought Luke Rockhold in the main event of Misfits Boxing 22 and won the bout via knockout. Following that huge victory, the UK native expressed his desire to fight big influencers like Andrew Tate in boxing.

Till recently appeared on the Ariel Helwani Show and confirmed his intentions to fight Andrew Tate, even taking things very personal. During the interview, Till mocked the controversial influencer’s self-proclaimed ‘Top G’ persona and directly accused Tate of regularly belittling and disrespecting women. However, Tate did not appreciate Till’s comments at all and responded to him on X, escalating their feud.

Darren I think you’re hilarious. Always enjoyed your antics and humor. Also seen your career and respect it, you’re well liked in my circles. The fight would be great! I understand fighting me is life changing money for you (not me) But there’s no need for name calling. I really don’t like all that clown sh*t and being rude etc were both professionals here. I find it rude and if thats the way you’re trying to get the fight it won’t happen. I’m the superstar here. Talk nicely and I’ll reply to your team’s desperate messages.

Tate was initially respectful but disliked the tone from Till’s callout, calling his boxing attempts “all so gay” publicly online. Tate gained popularity from his unapologetic personality and bold claims, often considered misogynistic and extremely controversial by the general public.

However, his bold persona attracted an audience that continued supporting Tate following his dramatic arrest in Romania. According to Tate, the authorities he called “the matrix” came after him because he was creating global disruptions and widespread influence. Tate is also a former kickboxing champion and often shares sparring clips in order to stay sharp.

Recently, he signed with Misfits Boxing, and fighting him would be highly beneficial for Till both financially and professionally. The influencer has a huge fan base, and winning the bout could skyrocket Till’s popularity among casual fans worldwide. But currently, things aren’t going the way the former UFC middleweight wants, facing unexpected obstacles delaying this anticipated fight.

Darren Till also wants a piece of popular YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul

Other than Andrew Tate, Darren Till has another huge name in mind as a target: the controversial star Jake Paul. The YouTuber turned boxer has become one of the most popular fighters, always knowing how to grab massive global attention. Paul has done very well promoting and selling fights repeatedly, increasing his profile beyond YouTube fame into legitimate boxing entertainment.

After years of fighting faded UFC veterans, Paul is currently scheduled to face Gervonta Davis, a major competitive leap. The fight will take place on November 14 and will be streamed live on Netflix. Ahead of that fight, Till has now made a calculated plan to potentially fight and defeat Paul.

We have to look at the facts with Jake. He’s fighting Gervonta Davis in a mega, mega fight. Jake can really, really box. He’s got power. He’s a big, strong lump… He’s a fighter. He’s a professional boxer, right now. I would knock Jake out. Just my switches and my experience, I would knock Jake flat out. That would be a fight I would train for like never before. I would bring a whole team around me, 12-14 weeks.

Paul’s last clash came against former boxing champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., a fight he won by unanimous decision. Before that, he fought the legendary Mike Tyson, a massive crossover bout which broke Netflix streaming records around the world. It will be interesting to see him potentially give Darren Till a chance, creating huge buzz across combat sports communities.
