Andy Reid and Nick Sirianni have made tons of money, but filling their pockets is secondary. Their primary focus is winning Super Bowls.
Both Reid and Sirianni come from humble beginnings. Reid played offensive tackle at Glendale College and later joined Brigham Young University, or BYU, and played as a tackle and guard from 1979 until 1981. After graduating, he stayed at BYU as an assistant, and later San Francisco State hired him as their offensive coordinator and offensive line coach.
Reid spent time at the University of Texas–El Paso and the University of Missouri before jumping to the NFL. His first NFL job was as the assistant offensive line coach for the Green Bay Packers. He took over as the head coach of the Eagles where he stayed for 14 seasons.
Andy Reid’s Net Worth
After the Eagles cut ties with Reid, he became the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs. From his first contract, Reid earned $12 million a year, a massive jump from his Eagles days. In 2024, he signed a contract extension worth $100 million for five years as per Sportico. The Chiefs made Reid the highest-paid coach in the league. Andy Reid’s net worth is around $50 million in 2025.
Nick Sirianni’s net worth
Sirianni graduated from Southwestern Central High School in West Ellicott and played NCAA Division III football at the University of Mount Union as a wide receiver. His career was cut short after sustaining a calf injury, so he decided to give coaching a try.
The 43-year-old’s first NFL job was with the Chiefs in 2009 as the offensive quality control coach. Ironically, Sirianni was released right after Reid took over as head coach. From there, he bounced from the San Diego Chargers to the Indianapolis Colts and eventually became the head coach of the Eagles in 2021.
Nick Sirianni signed a 5-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles worth between $30 million and $35 million. Sirianni’s current net worth in 2025 is $10 million.
Reid and Sirianni coached against each other in 2023 at Super Bowl LVII. The Chiefs and Reid won his second Super Bowl in the three years preceding that. In 2024, the Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in overtime to secure another ring. Now the Chiefs have the opportunity to record a Super Bowl three-peat.
As for Sirianni, the fixture on February 9 in New Orleans will be his second Super Bowl appearance as the Eagles head coach.
Reid and Sirianni’s coaching record
Coach Reid naturally has been in the business for far longer than Sirianni. Reid won 130, lost 93, and drew one (.583) game at the Philadelphia Eagles. At Chiefs, he has won 143 games and lost 53 games (.733). In the playoffs, Reid has won 18 and lost 7 (including three Super Bowl wins).
As for Sirianni, he only has four years of head coaching experience under his belt. He won a total of 48 games and lost 20 (.706), along with a playoff record of 5-3 (2 Super Bowl appearances).
