Angel Reese is busy at the upstart Unrivaled League in Miami. But considering how fast she has become a public figure in the WNBA offseason, along with her visits the NFL games, she was invited to be a part of Super Bowl LIX.

The Chicago Sky and Rose BC star started off the weekend’s activities by coaching a flag football team featuring streamer Kai Cenat. She attended Super Bowl LIX and watched Patrick Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs struggle in the first half.

Then it was the turn of Kendrick Lamar who was the lead of the Super Bowl half-time show. Then singer SZA joined him for a couple of her songs that started to get some response from the crowd. After all that, the crowd was still waiting for Lamar to rap his most famous track, ‘Not Like Us’.

After another diss to rapper Drake, the Grammy Award winner started belting the words from his hit song. By this time, he was joined by a lot of backup dancers all across the field as they started to amp up the atmosphere.

During the song, the cameras panned to one stage showing tennis legend Serena Williams in a blue skirt and jacket along with a white top. She strutted the crip walk as Lamar continued belting out his words. Seeing this, Angel Reese tweeted on X.

10/10. Plus Serena. Chefs kiss.

She felt Kendrick Lamar’s half-time show was a 10/10. In addition to that Serena Williams’ cameo made it even better for her to give a chef’s kiss to the tennis legend. Then in the second half, Angel Reese went on to watch the Philadelphia Eagles thump the Chiefs to win their second ever Super Bowl.

Angel Reese is a fan of football owing to her multiple visits to games. She has mostly cheered on her DMV area teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Commanders. But as both were not a part of Super Bowl LIX, she supported the Eagles. But there was one tweet from her after the game that read.

This was a tweet to other Unrivaled League players to check on her Rose BC teammate Kahleah Copper. The Paris Olympics gold medalist is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan. Therefore, she must have felt overjoyed when her team won their second Lombardi trophy.
