Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers have had a special bond since their time as future prospects in high school. The pair have since found their way to the WNBA, where they are part of the young generation that is transforming the league.

Both were two of the most popular college athletes, ever since they were ranked as the top two recruits in the famed high school recruitment class of 2020.

During their time in college, they also drew the most NIL offers, as their popularity transcended many male NBA prospects, and continues to do so to date.

Now, in the professional league, they are earning a measly salary of $70-80K, which is grossly undervalued. Considering how much they have helped to bring attention to the WNBA, they should get more.

The next CBA might help them earn $1 million salaries in the future, but the two are not waiting for their time to come. Angel Reese has already been active in trying to court endorsement brands in the past year.

Paige Bueckers also has some sponsors, but when the two No. 5s decided to team up, the world’s biggest confectionery brands could not say no. It so happens that Reese is the ambassador for Reese’s Pieces.

Then, when one brings Bueckers’ association with Oreo, the two confectionery giants decided to join hands and created Reese’s Oreo, with the two WNBA stars as the face of their $3.5 billion collaboration.

Angel Reese will transform Paige Bueckers’ looks

To publicly announce this partnership, the two WNBA stars appeared at the New York Knicks game vs. the Orlando Magic at Madison Square Garden earlier.

Both Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers were wearing orange and blue colored outfits as they sat courtside, to signify the partnership between Reese’s and Oreo.

Other than the fact that the Chicago Sky star was there to support her supposed boyfriend, Wendell Carter Jr., who plays for the Magic, the setting at the Garden made it apt to launch their product.

Reese held a mini mic and was streaming live on TikTok for much of the game. During one of the timeouts, as the two were bantering, the Dallas Wings star was heard saying:

I’ll do a full glam session. I’ll wear heels, fur.

Paige Bueckers said

Always proud of her tomboy looks and fit, it might have been surprising for fans to hear that the UConn superstar was going to go for the glam model look.

Bueckers essentially asked Reese to help her with that when the former will be down in Miami, Florida, next year for her debut in the 2nd season of Unrivaled.

Angel Reese trolls Paige Bueckers’ height

Angel Reese had started her TikTok live before the Knicks-Magic game started. One of the clips from that session went viral, where the Sky star was basically trolling her new business partner.

Look how short Paige is.

Angel Reese said

Hearing this, Paige Bueckers responded.

She has like 6-inch heels.

Paige Buckers replied

Even when the Maryland native tried to shrug off those claims, Bueckers pointed towards Reese’s heels. The two are officially listed as having a 3-inch difference, with the 6-foot Wings’ guard not as short as many think.

Whatever their height difference is, the two do have a good chemistry with each other and will be a part of the upcoming Team USA training camp along with Caitlin Clark and several others.

If the Wings do decide to make good on this partnership, they could also tempt the Chicago Sky to trade for Reese, after she grew disgruntled last season.

But the price will be steep, as the Sky would go after the Wings’ upcoming No.1 overall pick from the 2026 draft. In due course, it will become clear if Reese and Bueckers do end up playing together in Dallas.
