Angel Reese REEKS of ‘jealousy and bitterness’ against Caitlin Clark, says Skip Bayless
Angel Reese has lost both the games against Caitlin Clark so far in the WNBA.

Skip Bayless feels Chicago Sky rookie superstar Angel Reese's demeanor reeks of jealousy and bitterness against WNBA rival Caitlin Clark
Angel Reese knocking Caitlin Clark on the head was indeed a basketball play. She was aiming for the ball, but her timing and angle were off. It is normal in the WNBA or basketball, for that matter, to get hit in the face.
However, more than the play, what the Chicago Sky superstar said after the game was interesting. Something Skip Bayless claims points to something other than basketball.

Naturally, after the incident, media factions all across the world would be talking about it. Skip Bayless, while speaking on Undisputed, pointed out to what he felt Angel Reese’s demeanor looked like.
I listen to her post games. Yeah, she's become the villain. I don't think she wants to be the villain. But she's become the protagonist, she's the instigator. Her post games reek a little bit of jealousy and bitterness. She's definitely edgy. All of her post game comes off as negative. That’s how it comes across to me.Skip Bayless said
Bayless suggested even though Reese does not want to be the villain, her post-game talk says otherwise. The jealousy is evident and the notion surrounding it is growing with every game.
Skip Bayless mentioned that even though the Sky rookie superstar wants to get the attention, the numbers prove otherwise. He gave the example of how Reese and Clark’s games against the Washington Mystics had a difference of 16000 fans.
More importantly, Caitlin Clark and her Indiana Fever have beat Angel Reese and her Chicago Sky in both their meetings. Bayless feels it adds to the frustrations which eventually has an impact on what Reese says. With two more games left in this season, it will be important to see how this rivalry pans out.
Angel Reese and Caitlin Clark’s rivalry can catapult the WNBA
In any sport, a great rivalry makes for a brilliant storyline. Especially if the rivals are two of the most popular players in the league. It does matter if they are winners. But in this case, as both are rookies, that component will take a while to come. But with the way their rivalry draws fans across the world, Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese are set to catapult the WNBA.
Some may argue that the two play different positions and are therefore not direct rivals. But personality-wise, they are definitely rivals. Both of them respect each other’s game, but at the same time want to win. This mantra has carried forward from their days in college. With both of them in the same conference, this rivalry is set to continue for long.
The clear winners from this will be the WNBA and fans of basketball. The shot to the head was no doubt excessive. But their competitive fire is what is pushing them.
