Since 2019, Michael Rubin, the founder and CEO of Fanatics, has hosted an annual Fanatics Super Bowl party where he invites superstars from the entertainment and sports industries to celebrate the NFL’s big game. The Sugar Mill in New Orleans served as the venue for this year’s event. Notably, American television personality and actress, La La Anthony was present at the party as well.

Not only La La, but WNBA star Angel Reese, Tennis star, Serena Williams, Gayle King, Brooks Nader, Alix Earle, and Martha Stewart were also present at the party. La La took to her Instagram account as she posted a huge slide of Rubin’s Super Bowl party. She posted pics with Reese, Williams as well as top fashion model Winnie Harlow as well.

In addition, artists like Travis Scott, Latto, Ciara, and Post Malone performed during the event. It’s important to note that, La La Anthony was once married to NBA star Carmelo Anthony. Not only that, NBA star Kyle Kuzma is reportedly dating Harlow. However, no reports of Kuzma being present at the party have emerged as of yet.

As for the party, La La Anthony complemented her monochromatic ensemble with golden jewelry and a Vivienne Westwood corset top, Capri leggings, and black pumps. On the other hand, Angel Reese chose to wear mesh sneakers and vibrant graphic-print slacks with a plunging blazer top.

Latto shows ‘love’ to Angel Reese after recent achievement

As one of the most recognizable athletes in women’s sports, WNBA player Angel Reese made a name for herself right away and hasn’t looked back. During her first season in the league, the Chicago Sky forward has secured several significant brand partnerships. Last but not least, on Monday, February 10, Reese became the first female athlete to ever have her own McDonald’s meal.

Grammy-nominated rapper Latto was among Reese’s A-list celebrity friends who threw their support behind her to celebrate the launch. The rapper took to her Instagram stories to ‘show love’ to her ‘BFF’ Reese. She posted a picture along with Reese’s McDonald’s meal and tagged Reese and McDonald’s in the process.

Reese set a WNBA milestone for consecutive double-doubles (15). She also became the fastest player in WNBA history to achieve 20 double-doubles in her career. In addition, Reese led the WNBA in rebounds per game (13.1), and was selected a WNBA All-Star despite her rookie season being cut short by injury. All eyes will be on the WNBA star going into her second season as a professional.
