Anne Hathaway made yet another appearance in the stands of Madison Square Garden. The American actress sat down to watch the New York Knicks go head-to-head with the Chicago Bulls on the 14th of November. While her presence itself made the headlines, Hathaway made some more for narrowly dodging NBA player OG Anunoby during the game.

Anne Hathaway was spotted sitting courtside with her son, Jack, watching the NBA game, with snacks at their disposal. OG Anunoby charged in her direction while chasing the ball. While both of them tried to catch it, neither were able to. Colliding with the courtside barrier, Anunoby knocked all the edibles there were. The Devil Wears Prada actress kept her cool as she simply smiled afterwards.

Although Jack seemed a little perplexed, no one involved in the incident suffered any major injury. The announcer joked about Anunoby scaring people along the sidelines. The moment immediately went viral on the internet, bringing in reactions from the netizens.

Hathaway has been a fan of the New York Knicks for a long time and is often seen at the team’s games along with her sons. As the events of the match turned out, Hathaway’s team lost to the Bulls by 123-124. Next up, the Knicks will face the Brooklyn Nets on November 16.

Later, the actress explained that they had had a rough week and were anxious about the team.

In another interview with the Today Show, the interviewer interrupted the conversation to play a video message from Arsenal player Leandro Trossard for the Princess Diaries alum. The Belgian footballer thanked Hathaway for her support, hoping to see her at the Emirates soon. Trossard also referred to an incident where Hathaway was seen celebrating his goal in a Premier League clash.
