Anthony Edwards distances himself from 4-month daughter born to Ayesha Howard
Anthony Edwards is battling with Ayesha Howard over child support payments for Aubri Summers, his four-month-old daughter.

Anthony Edwards won a battle to avoid paying Ayesha Howard child support as per California norms
Anthony Edwards has a lot on his plate this season. On the work front, the Minnesota Timberwolves are not where they hoped to be. Then on his personal front, he is engaged in a legal battle with Ayesha Howard, mother of his 4-month-old daughter.
It all started when Howard informed the Timberwolves star that she was pregnant. He wanted her to abort, which she did not agree. Then he avoided paternity tests, which the celebrity eventually got around getting him to do.
It was indeed confirmed that Anthony Edwards was the father of Aubri Summers Howard, born in October 2024. However, the 23-year-old superstar did not want to be a part of her life. On the other hand, Ayesha Howard was not going to raise the child on her own and filed a lawsuit in California.
Edwards filed a counter suit in the state of Georgia, where child support norms are not as stringent. Now, as per In Touch magazine, the Olympic gold medalist has won half the battle as the California judge ruled Howard was wrong to try and eke more child support out of him by filing the suit in a different state.
She lives in Georgia but delivered Aubri Summers in California in an attempt to extract more child support payments. Now, she will have to depend on a judge in Georgia to determine what the father of her child will give her.
Anthony Edwards earns more than enough that he should be concerned with a slight increase in child support payments. But he is looking at multiple such payments as he now has four children from four different women. Hence, those numbers do add to become a lot over a period of time.
Anthony Edwards does not want visitation rights for Ayesha Howard’s daughter
Out of those four children, he only spends time with Aislynn, his daughter with Shannon Jackson. They celebrated her 1st birthday recently at his mansion in Minnesota. However, he has distanced himself from the others.
In the court papers Anthony Edwards filed against Ayesha Howard, he made it clear that he had no interest in custody or visitation rights for Aubri Summers. That means, the Minnesota Timberwolves superstar is making it clear he will not be in the lives of his other three children.
However, that is his view and the judge in California has set March 30th as the judgement day for that matter. He will decide whether Aubri Summers will have her father in her life. The child support situation is not yet resolved as the judge in Georgia will decide on that matter.
