All throughout last season, two narratives dominated Anthony Edwards‘ name. One was his ascension up the ladder of young basketball players who will be looked as the future face of the NBA. The other involved reports linking the Minnesota Timberwolves star to a paternity case.

Recently, this second issue resurfaced when the 23-year-old filed a paternity lawsuit following Ayesha Howard‘s claim that he is the father of her newborn daughter. Edwards has requested a DNA test from a neutral, licensed laboratory. If confirmed as the father, he has asked for clarification on custody and child support arrangements.

Watching the situation develop, fans pestered his current girlfriend Shannon Jackson for a reaction. Fans wanted to know how she is taking in the fact that the father of her daughter is having children with other women. She went live on her Instagram account earlier and addressed those issues.

If proven, Anthony Edwards will have four children with four women

Shannon Jackson and the two-time All-Star share a 7-month-old daughter, Aislynn. The superstar took them along as family members to the Paris Olympics. Aside from them, the Minnesota Timberwolves star allegedly has two other children.

He has another daughter name Aris, 1, who he co-parents along with former girlfriend Daja Carlyle. But recently her name also propped up in the news circles when Edwards accused her of trying to extract more money in child support payments.

He allegedly has a 1-year-old son, Amir, with a woman named Ally D. The revelation emerged when leaked text messages between them came to the public’s attention. If his paternity test turns positive, he will be the father of the daughter born to Ayesha Howard. That makes it four children within a span of a year with four different women.

There was a situation with another woman, a model by the name of Dream Paige. After she leaked messages exchanged between them, it was apparent that he impregnated her. But he eventually settled for an abortion and paid for the expenses.
