Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have a go at each other on social media; boxing showdown soon?

Anthony Joshua takes on Kubrat Pulev, this weekend at the Wembley Arena.

Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev is almost upon us. The Brit will take on the Bulgarian at the Wembley Arena on the 12th of December, later this week. AJ will be defending his WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles. Both Anthony Joshua and Kubrat Pulev have just one loss to their names, with Anthony Joshua losing to Andy Ruiz Jr. as recently as last year and Kubrat Pulev going down to Wladimir Klitschko.

More recently, Anthony Joshua and fellow Brit, Tyson Fury have been having a go at each other on social media. It all started when Anthony Joshua suggested that Fury should come over to Matchroom (managed by Eddie Hearn), so that he would have a better career. It didn’t sit well with Tyson Fury, who retorted saying, that he was only interested in smashing his face.

“So when he’s ready he can come over and we can get this fight underway” – AJ to Fury

Anthony Joshua speaking to Daily Mail, said, “I do think he should come over to Matchroom and 258 Management, let us handle his career. He’s a superstar in the making. With the right management he could go all the way. So when he’s ready he can come over and we can get this fight underway.”

“I’m a fighting man & only interested in smashing your face…” – Tyson Fury

Tyson took to Twitter to reply saying,@anthonyfjoshua has it ever dawned on you I’m not interested in being a superstar, or famous, I’m a fighting man & only interested in smashing your face in, u keep the stardom, I’ll stay real, #youbigdosser I’m coming for u superstar, tick tock tick tock.”

Should Anthony Joshua beat Pulev, a match with Tyson Fury is very much in the cards. What do you think of this? Will the two Brits face-off soon? If yes, who do you think will win?
