Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury is expected to be announced anytime soon. Only the venue of the fight is yet to be decided, which is being delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The parties of both the fighters have otherwise signed a two-fight title unification deal, recently.
More recently, Jim White of talkSPORT tweeted that the fight has almost been decided for Saudi Arabia, and is expected to take place in August. He also revealed that it might generate a revenue of 200million dollars.
Jim White tweeted, “Most positive news yet on Fury v AJ. Saudi offer ‘real and acceptable to all parties’. Minor details to be agreed. Looks like August, fight expected to generate 200m dollars.”

Yesterday, Mark Kriegel of ESPN revealed said, “What’s been agreed is that both Anthony Joshua’s camp and Tyson Fury’s camp want to fight in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia was the frontrunner from the beginning, and that’s where everybody wants to go now. It’s not real until someone under the auspices of the Saudi government puts money into escrow.
He continued, “Both sides have yet to sign – this is a crucial document – a memorandum of understanding. I’ve had several sources tell me today that they’re, ‘waiting for the paperwork from Saudi.’There is obviously great optimism from Eddie Hearn and there’s great optimism from Bob Arum.”
Both Bob Arum (Fury’s promoter) and Eddie Hearn (Anthony Joshua’s promoter) have been doing the best to take this fight forward. They will further strive hard to get a proper stadium with a considerable amount of audience, which might be the only way to bring justice to a fight of such intensity.
