Tsarukyan has accused Topuria of running away from a real challenge and potentially taking on easier opponents like Paddy Pimblett. He has also questioned Topuria’s ability to wrestle and has promised to exploit that in a potential title fight.

On the other hand, Topuria mocked Tsarukyan for his unimpressive performance against Oliveira during their last encounter inside the octagon.
