We're doing everything we can with my team to make sure I'll be able to play my first match here. But, no, I'm not 100% ready.

Especially with all the struggles I've been struggling with the last months, I feel I have to take care of my health.
Aryna Sabalenka said to the Roland Garros Press

With the scheduling already very tight, the Olympics just adds to the hectic schedule and Sabalenka rightly has decided to take time off to spend time for herself after what she has been through this entire year. However, another important reason for her Olympic withdrawal is because of the WTA mandatory rules of playing compulsory tournaments, meaning that she had to sacrifice one tournament, which is the Olympics this time.

Now, there is a huge question about Sabalenka’s participation in Wimbledon. Although many fans expected her to be fine, it turns out the shoulder might be a bigger problem than normal.
