WWE superstars do not shy away from interacting with fans. That is unless and until they are being respectful of their boundaries. Recently, Asuka revealed that she has been dealing with several login attempts on her X account daily. The 42-year-old star stated that these attempts were made from different locations in the United States, including Texas, New York, and Colorado.
To no surprise, Asuka was unhappy with hackers trying to gain access to her social media account. The Empress of Tomorrow has been active on the platform, especially since her injury hiatus. Back in May 2024, Asuka defended the Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside her Damage CTRL teammate, Kairi Sane. After losing the titles to Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill, Asuka took an indefinite break from WWE programming.
Someone has been trying to hack into my account every single day. Just today, there were login attempts from Texas, New Jersey, Colorado, and other places. It’s so annoying!

Asuka later revealed that she had to take a break due to a nagging knee injury. In fact, she had worked with the injury for some time. Since then, the veteran has kept herself busy by sharing memes and updating fans about her personal life on social media. Furthermore, the Damage CTRL member even signed a long-term contract extension with WWE during her hiatus.

Prior to her hiatus, Asuka had reunited with Sane following the latter’s return to the company. Not only did the Kabuki Warriors reunite, but the former Women’s Champion joined Damage CTRL. Although the duo won the Women’s Tag Team Titles in almost no time, Asuka’s WrestleMania losing streak continued. She, alongside Sane and Dakota Kai, lost against Belair, Cargill, and Naomi at the grand spectacle last year.
Will Asuka return in time for WrestleMania 41?
Needless to say, fans are eagerly anticipating the return of Asuka. The women’s division has lacked an experienced hand, with the absences of Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch also being felt. While the latter two are expected to return very soon, there are no signs of Asuka coming back now.

The Empress of Tomorrow’s injury will take some more time to heal. As such, she will likely not make the WrestleMania card this time. Moreover, fans will have to wait another year to see whether Asuka can break her losing streak.
Since joining the main roster, the former Women’s Champion has lost at the Showcase of Immortals five times. Having said that, WWE can build her next WrestleMania match around the streak. Nonetheless, only time will tell when the 42-year-old star can return to the squared circle.
