Shaunate Miller-Uibo is one of the most decorated Bahamian sprinters and a multiple record holder for her nation. She is a two-time Olympic medallist in the 400M category grabbing the Gold in the 2016 Rio Olympics and later went on to defend her title in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She also won the 200M Gold Medallist at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

She is also a double medallist at the World Athletics Championships having won the silver medal in 2015 and 2019 in the 400 metres and bronze in 2017 in the 200 metres. Shaunae has been a champion ever since her junior days winning the 400 metres gold medal at the 2010 World Junior and 2011 World Youth Championships.
