UEFA Champions League: Atletico Madrid vs Manchester United ends all level at 2-2

Atletico Madrid vs Manchester United: The champions of Spain took on the Red Devils in the first leg of the knockout stages in the UEFA Champions League.

Diego Simeone’s side would be frustrated to not come away with the win over Ralf Rangnick’s side after being in control of the game for 80 minutes.

An early header by Felix put the home side in control and they were unlucky to have seen a couple of shots hit the woodwork. But an 80th-minute equalizer by substituting Elanga with United’s first shot on target left the hosts frustrated.
