ATP 250 Doha: Federer set to return to the tour, will be joined by Dominic Theim, Gael Monfils, Andrey Rublev among other stars


Stars will descend in Doha this March(8th to 13th) as several top players on the ATP Tour are set to compete at the ATP 250 Doha. The biggest news is the possible return of the King himself, Roger Federer. Federer who has participated in only one tournament in 2020, was initially set to return to tour at the Australian Open 2021. But unfortunately for tennis fans and the Australian Open that plan got shelved due to a whole host of reasons. But now fans are waiting for his return with bated breaths.
Joining him will be current world no.3 Dominic Theim, world no.8 Andrey Rublev and world no.11 Gael Monfils among other players. Andrey Rublev is the defending champion at this year’s ATP 250 Doha. Last Season he defeated Corentin Moutet in the finals 6-2 7-6 to take the cup home.
WTA Qatar Open: Top women stars set to fight it out for the crown at Doha this March

WTA Qatar Open will be held between 1st to 6th March 2021.
The field will include the who’s who of Women’s tennis. From Barty, Halep, Muguruza, Pliskova, to Kenin, all the big names will be on display in Qatar. Also present will be last year’s defending champ Aryna Sabalenka. In the last edition of the cup she had overcome Petra Kvitová 6-3 6-3 to take home the cup.
Overall it will be a fantastic couple of weeks for all tennis lovers as they will get to see their favourite men’s and women’s stars in action.
