Morgan Wallen is currently in the middle of his One Night At A Time World Tour and he has some surprises up his sleeve. Among those was his appearance with Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield and legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan. The trio made quite an entrance on the singer’s show in Tampa Bay at Raymond James Stadium.

Wallen is not new to bringing sports personalities to his tour entrances, Baker Mayfield and Hulk Hogan being recent additions to the list. In a recent footage surfacing online, Mayfield seem to be walking alongside Wallen when Hogan joins the duo. The trio finished the entrance with the song, ‘Whiskey Whiskey’, with the sports personalities joining for a note or two.

Wallen donned a red number 47 jersey with “Lynch” written across the back along with white cap and black shorts. The jersey was a shout-out to football executive and former Buccaneers safety, John Lynch. Meanwhile Hogan chose a black shirt which read ‘Real American Beer’ and accessorized with a red bandana. The WWE persona also posted the video on his X handle where the trio shared a group hug before walking on stage.

This appearance came after the Buccaneers were handed a loss to Atlanta Falcons in the Week 5 of the 2024 NFL season. Following the team’s impressive four-week run, the loss drew criticism, with Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield also facing scrutiny.

Morgan Wallen bringing sports personalities to the stage

Morgan Wallen’s shows witness a diverse section of celebrity guest appearances. Among which, a significant chunk are sports personalities. Only recently, he made an entrance with Peyton Manning in his Nashville concert.

Not just that, he was also joined by a row of famous personalities from Tennessee including Josh Heupel, Nico Lamaleava, and Bru McCoy. One of his shows before that also included some of the athletes from Vols’ national championship baseball team, including Head Coach Tony Vitello.

Wallen essentially follows a geographic pattern, inviting famous local personalities at each stop of his tour. This approach has left fans eagerly anticipating who he will bring out next. Morgan Wallen’s tour dates have been spread throughout the year, having kicked off in April.
