Bam Adebayo’s double-double ensures Miami Heat 26th season victory against Cleveland Cavaliers

Bam Adebayo and Duncan Robinson both scored 18 points each for the Miami Heat as they clinch a vital victory past Cleveland Cavaliers. Adebayo scored a double-double with 11 rebounds as well. Whereas Jimmy Butler also had a double-double with 15 points and 11 assists. Trevor Ariza too added 15 starting the game for Miami Heat. 

Seven players scored in double digits for the Miami Heat as they handed over Cleveland Cavaliers their 19th away loss in 25 games on the road. For the away team, Collin Sexton led the way with game-high 26 points and Taurean Prince came off the bench to score 19 points.

This was a big win for the Miami Heat as they continue to build the pressure on Charlotte Hornets and with one slip up for the latter team, the defending Eastern Conference Champions could move onto the #4 spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Miami Heat had a 13-point lead going into the half and pretty much kept the lead that way throughout the game. This loss for the Cavaliers meant that they have now lost 5 consecutive games, on the contrary the Miami Heat won their 4th consecutive.  

Having said that, next up for the Miami Heat is Memphis Grizzlies. As far as the Cleveland Cavaliers are concerned, they are up against San Antonio Spurs in their next encounter.
