The men’s side of the NCAA Final Four will feature a key matchup between NC State and Purdue. The main stars for the two are DJ Burns and Zach Edey. The battle between them is poised to be the center of attraction, as the two big men will battle to win a ticket to the NCAA Championship.

While acknowledging the matchup and their differences, Burns mentioned a veiled NSFW Diddy joke which has since gone viral. In the pre-game press conference, Burns acknowledged the challenge at hand of going up against the 7′ 4″ Edey.

The ‘No Diddy’ joke was a reference to music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who was recently embroiled in a controversy. However, Burns alluded that the Purdue star is a problem for any team and that they have to find a way to neutralize his impact.

DJ Burns and NC State are having almost a Cinderella season, as the 11th-ranked team has played efficient basketball en route to their first Final Four appearance in over 20 years. The backbone of it is Burns’ dominating offensive play in the interior.

Zach Edey is a major problem for any team at the moment. His size and physicality are a huge problem. The Purdue Boilermakers want to win the NCAA Championship for the first time in their history, as their exit last year in the 1st round was disappointing.

Media mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was raided by the FBI for allegedly running a s*x trafficking ring and being linked with relationships with male artists. Since the news broke, his name has become the butt of jokes, especially in the African American community. DJ Burns decided to throw in his hat to take advantage of the joke as he referenced Zach Edey as not being Diddy.
