Top WWE star reveals secret behind her “BBL” workout

Over the past year, there has been a huge running joke on the internet that Bayley has a huge BBL, meaning Brazilian B*tt Lift. Several WWE superstars, including the 35-year-old herself, have played along with the joke in the past. Recently, she made another reference to this running gag.

Bayley is currently a part of the ongoing WWE European Tour, which recently made a stop in Scotland. She recently did a questions and answers session on her X account after being stranded at a gym in Scotland. A fan asked her what her BBL workout was, and she responded by saying that it involved power-bombing Nia Jax.

Funnily enough, Jax is the one who often refers to the Role Model as “BBL Bayley.” She does this not only on social media but has even done so during a promo on SmackDown during the build-up to their SummerSlam 2024 match, accusing her of getting b*tt implants.

Jax later clarified her stance by saying that they had a long history and thought that it would be justified. The first time these two superstars took each other on was in NXT. They have had several interactions on the main roster, including two singles matches for the WWE Women’s Championship last year at SummerSlam and Bad Blood.

Bayley names her favorite thing about the Triple H Era

Bayley is known to be quite close to Triple H behind the curtains. Their relationship goes back all the way to the NXT Black and Gold era when The Cerebral Assassin was running the show and she was a competitor on it. Now that he has become the CCO of the entire company, the 35-year-old shed some light on the changes that had come within the promotion.

During her Q&A session on X, a fan asked Bayley what her favorite thing about the Triple H era was. She replied with a one-word answer, saying that there was a lot of change within the promotion. The Grand Slam Champion has been tremendously successful under The Game’s regime.

She formed Damage CTRL, a faction that saw a lot of success in the women’s division. Furthermore, she won the 2024 Royal Rumble and won the WWE Women’s Championship from Iyo Sky in one of the marquee matchups of WrestleMania XL.

Triple H took over the creative reins of WWE in July 2022, shortly after Vince McMahon retired. Although no wrestling booker is free from criticism, the quality of the product has severely improved over the past few years. Many superstars have also come out and showered massive praise on the King of Kings ever since.

Lyra Valkyria offers Bayley a Women’s Intercontinental Championship opportunity

Two weeks ago on Raw, Bayley faced Raquel Rodriguez in Madison Square Garden, where the winner would earn herself a shot at the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. The distraction from The Judgment Day was too much, and the Women’s Tag Team Champion came out on top, earning herself the title shot. However, it appears that the 35-year-old may not be out of the picture completely.

Lyra Valkyria recently gave an interview with Byron Saxton, where she said that she knew what was coming her way while going up against Rodriguez. While there was going to be plenty of interference, she would be ready for it.

During the interview, she noticed something out of the frame and walked away. She then approached Bayley and told her that she could not stop thinking about her loss against the wrestling veteran a few weeks ago as part of an Elimination Chamber Qualifying match.

Lyra Valkyria was also upset about what The Judgment Day had done to Bayley. Now, after she beats Rodriguez, she needed to prove to herself that she can also beat the 4x World Championship. Thus, she said that she was willing to give the former Hugger a title shot in the near future. The wrestling veteran told her to focus on her upcoming match, and then they would see where things went after that.
