Bayley is no stranger to putting over younger talent. She spent more than a year of her career establishing Damage CTRL as a solid faction. Even with her exit, they continue to be one of the most popular acts on Monday Night Raw. Another superstar that the WWE Women’s Champion admires and wants to see succeed is Candice LeRae.

The Role Model recently had a conversation with Cody Rhodes on ‘What Do You Wanna Talk About?’ The two SmackDown champions discussed the current state of women’s wrestling and talked about several underappreciated stars. She singled out LeRae as someone that she thought deserved more spotlight.

The 35-year-old talked about how she used to watch her at indie shows while training to become a wrestler herself. They also participated in indie shows together while wrestling in California. She brought up how they had tagged in a match and squared off against each other once. However, that was the extent of their collaboration in a wrestling ring.

The WWE Women’s Champion also stated that when Candice LeRae finally got her big moment on the main roster, she hoped that it would be in a match against her. Despite being with WWE for nearly six years, she has yet to get her shine in the company. With her incredible talent, fans and even wrestlers alike wish that she soon gets to perform on a bigger stage.

Bayley wants to see another all-women WWE Premium Live Event

In 2018, WWE hosted a show called Evolution, their first-ever all-women’s premium live event. Although they never hosted a second edition of the show, Bayley believes that it is finally time. During the same podcast, she believed that WWE now had a ton of female talent on the roster, and it was finally time to give them the spotlight they deserved.

Hosting Evolution 2.0 would give the women on NXT a chance to perform on a bigger stage. It would also be filled with women from both Raw and SmackDown. She even wished to see several female stars from TNA appear on the show. WWE’s partnership with the Nashville-based promotion has allowed stars like Joe Hendry and Jordynne Grace to appear on NXT

During the first few editions of the Women’s Royal Rumble, WWE had to bank on past talent to fill out all the spots. This is no longer the case, as the promotion now boasts a packed female roster. The Rumble matches are filled with fresh talent. Likewise, they could definitely support a second version of Evolution as well.
