Bayley has proved herself an incredible in-ring performer. She has been putting on banger matches since her initial days in NXT. She has been a pivotal part of the women’s division on the main roster. The former Damage CTRL leader put on a great match against Iyo Sky at WrestleMania XL to win the WWE Women’s Champion and has had great title defenses since. However, it appears that the 35-year-old still wants to improve at her craft to wrestle like Xavier Woods.
WWE recently posted an announcement on their X account for the upcoming WWE Speed episode. They announced that Xavier Woods will be facing off against NXT Tag Team Champion Nathan Frazer. The winner of this match would go on to challenge Andrade for the WWE Speed Championship. The Women’s Champion reposted the tweet and said she wanted to wrestle like the former WWE Tag Team Champion.
The two are incredible friends off the screen. They are often seen posing together in photos, hanging around in public, like on the beach, and egging each other on in the background. Bayley has also appeared on Woods’ gaming channel, UpUpDownDown. The New Day member can also often be found in her Instagram comments and recently motivated her when she was learning juggling.
Woods was also one of the first people to congratulate her on winning her first Women’s Championship on the WWE main roster. The former Hugger won the Money in the Bank briefcase and cashed it on the same night to win the SmackDown women’s championship. She shared a spirit moment with him backstage as the two celebrated her victory.
Bayley bids farewell to her friend Kayla Braxton with a hilarious Instagram story
Kayla Braxton is a beloved backstage interviewer who has worked with WWE since 2016. She recently announced that she would be leaving the company in search of greener pastures. The 33-year-old finished up with the Stamford-based promotion at the latest episode of SmackDown, emanating from Madison Square Garden.

Bayley decided to say goodbye to her long-time friend by sharing a hilarious interaction between the two. She took to her Instagram stories to share a clip of her carrying the former host of The Bump through the arena halls.
As a cheeky reference, she attached NSYNC’s chart-topping song ‘Bye Bye Bye’ in the Instagram story. Kayla Braxton re-posted this on her Instagram story and told the WWE Women’s Champion that she would miss her when she is gone.
