Bayley is as relentless as they come on social media. Having said that, she’s set to compete in a historic setting this Friday on SmackDown when the Women’s Champion takes on Chelsea Green. It would mark the blue brand’s debut in Saudi Arabia, as the show is set to emanate from the Jeddah Superdome. Ahead of her non-title showdown, the 36-year-old has Green begging for life.

Recently, The Hot Mess uploaded a selfie on X, documenting her flight to Saudi Arabia. She’s seen leveraging the first-class amenities, which also included her sipping Arabic tea, eating dates, and having 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Meanwhile, Chelsea said, as she calls it, Bad Juju Bayley might be nestled in economy class like all other WWE Champions. Chelsea Green felt content with that kind of treatment.

However, her soon-to-be opponent Bayley quoted a reply to her post saying that Green needs to start acting like she has traveled before. The former Damage CTRL member also called the 33-year-old a nerd in the process. Yesterday, the Canadian wrestler resorted to SmackDown GM Nick Aldis to lodge a complaint against the reigning Women’s Champion.

It has to be said that these women have garnered some much-needed intrigue from the fans with the kind of back-and-forth they’ve had online of late. Despite being the odds-on favorite for her match against Green on SmackDown, Bayley can’t take the Canuck for granted. The Victoria-born wrestler does have an insurance policy in the form of Piper Niven. The Scot is more than capable of turning the tide on the San Francisco 49ers buff.

When did Bayley last defend her title?

This year at WrestleMania, Bayley ousted longtime ally-turned-rival Iyo Sky for the Women’s Championship. Her first title defense came at Backlash France against the likes of Naomi and Tiffany Stratton.

At the event, the 36-year-old rolled up Naomi to retain her title. Stratton did stand out as usual but wasn’t able to work the strap away from The Role Model. Since the PLE in Lyon, the Horsewoman of WWE has her sights on the ongoing Queen of the Ring tournament.

And it’s quite possible that Nia Jax, who had troubled Bayley in the past, could end up winning the crown in Jeddah on May 25. It would act as an impetus for The Irresistible Force to then go at the champ brimming with confidence.
