While being away from the basketball court for a while, the Brooklyn Nets’ Ben Simmons took some time to showcase his fashion skills by attending the 2024 Met Gala. The star looked dapper and stood out as he wore a tuxedo with a coat and accessorized it with a unique clock suitcase.

With many other sports personalities joining the red carpet, Ben Simmons was well on the theme as the prominent clock in his outfit represented the “The Garden of Time” topic of the event. The guard-forward’s look was praised on social media but the athlete also had to face some jokes for his appearance.

The Brooklyn Nets ended their season early due to their below-par performance in the regular season. Simmons’ absence affected the team as the Nets did not even make it to the play-in tournament. Due to injury the star only played for 15 games before he was sidelined again last month.
