Being the happiest NFL fan right now, Ja’Marr Chase took a brutal dig at the Chiefs after their blowout Super Bowl loss to the Eagles.

The Cincinnati Bengals may not have qualified for the playoffs, let alone win the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. But Ja’Marr Chase seems to be the happiest man right now, well of course after the Super Bowl LIX Champion quarterback, Jalen Hurts.
The Chiefs collapsed in the biggest game in the franchise’s history– one that would have engraved their name in the pages of history and possibly made Patrick Mahomes the Greatest of All Time, surpassing Tom Brady. Not only was the elite quarterback sacked for a career-high six times by the opposing defense, but his team couldn’t score a single point till halftime.
But besides the Philadelphia Eagles, who won the second Vince Lombardi Trophy for the franchise, the All-Pro wide receiver Chase of the Bengals was head over heels, reflecting the brutal and long-standing rivalry with the Mahomes-led Chiefs.
Following the big game, Chase shared a hilarious meme on his Instagram story, where a person, whose face was covered with the Eagles logo, can be seen beating up another person with the Chiefs logo covering his face while sitting on top of him. The hilarious part was the third person in the picture with a camera in his hand recording or clicking pictures of the whole thing and that third was of course representing the Bengals aka Chase.

Interestingly, there could be another reason behind this public roster, which stemmed from the conspiracy theory that the Chiefs purposely lost the Week 18 matchup to make sure the Bengals did not qualify for the playoffs since they needed the Denver Broncos to lose.
Chiefs’ defense limits Philly’s biggest offensive weapon, Saquon Barkley
There was no mystery behind the six-time Pro Bowler’s sentiments, as he had already made his feelings about Kansas City quite clear before the game by affirming that he is “not a Kansas City fan.” He also hoped for the NFL Offensive Player of the Year, Saquon Barkley to rush for 200 yards in the Super Bowl.
However, the Chiefs’ defense was quite mindful while handling the rushing superstar Barkley, even if their offense failed at securing any points for two whole quarters. He could only record 25 carriers for 57 yards with no receiving or rushing touchdowns.

Regardless, Barkley had a significant contribution to bringing the birds this far, being a true offensive weapon, and for that, he deserves all the credit. Ignoring his individual stats, the running back was overwhelmed by his team’s Super Bowl victory as he couldn’t let go of General Manager Howie Roseman, who brought him to Philadelphia.
