Be it his amazing football skills or his irrational views concerning national issues the Packers’ quarterback never missed a chance to stroke his ego. The 38-year-old received severe backlash from everyone when he revealed he hadn’t vaccinated himself from the COVID-19 virus despite NFL rules.
Apart from his craziness, Rodgers was known to date Divergent alum, Shailene Woodley. The two had been dating for quite a while and were also engaged to be married soon. However, the couple decided to go their separate ways and called off their engagement which came as a big shock to everyone.

More than a month after their breakup, Shailene Woodley seems to be having the best time of her life and is over Aaron Rodgers once and for all. The 30-year-old Hollywood star shared what she’s been up to the entire month of June in a farewell post to the nearly done month of June. Woodley wrote in her Instagram post, “you gave me oxygen in the form of friends, babies, trees, magic, DANCING, animals, salt, sun, deep conversations, six packs from laughing, availability in the form of tears, PLAY, sunrises, hallway tag, goofiness, spontaneity, pita bread (so much pita!), hellos and goodbyes.”
The Big Little Lies star also shared a sweet post congratulating her BFF Miles Teller on the success of his film Top Gun: Maverick. It’s safe to say that Shailene is done carrying the weight of the past and is looking forward to what the future has in store for her. Even after calling their engagement off, Woodley and the reigning MVP were seen together on many occasions since Woodley wanted to give the relationship another chance.
However, that to ended soon after as Aaron Rodgers was reportedly more focused on his football career and the relationship always came second for him. “Shailene tried to give it another shot and was spending time with Aaron. But she quickly saw that everything was on his terms and nothing was going to change. There was no reason to continue and she’s done with it again,” a source close to the couple had revealed.
Not just Shailene, but Aaron also dated actress Olivia Munn. Sadly, that relationship similar to this one did not work. “When you are living out a relationship in the public eye, it’s definitely … it’s difficult,” he said post his split up with Munn after three years of dating. “It has some extra constraints, because you have other opinions about your relationship, how it affects your work and, you know, just some inappropriate connections.”
Despite being so close to a ring, Rodgers has always messed up. Be it a Super Bowl ring or an engagement one. Hard luck for the Packers’ star. Anyways, good for Shailene as she is finally over the past!
