The first season of Cycle 1 also known as BGMI C1S1 is nearing to its end and the date of BGMI C1S2 has been revealed. BGMI C1S1 brought many changes into the game including special rewards for players ranked in higher tiers.
With the 1.5 update of Battlegrounds Mobile India, players were able to witness the Mission Ignition Mode in C1S1 and the upcoming season i.e. BGMI C1S2, players can enjoy the Cell Matrix Mode which will feature space ships floating over the sky at Erangel map. Not only that, the second season of Cycle 1 will also bring ravishing upgradable weapon skins for the players.
As these rewards sound exhilarating, players are keenly waiting for the release of C1S2. This article will take a look upon BGMI C1S2 release date, tier rewards, RPM3 leaks and more.
BGMI C1S2 release date and tier rewards
As per the announcement of Season schedule given by Krafton, the first season of Cycle 1 is set to end on 16th September,2021. Therefore, players can expect the release of BGMI C1S2 on 17th September,2021. The new season promises to bring some unique rewards compared to the previous seasons.
Just like other seasons, players can get silver fragments at the lower tiers and a weapon skin at Diamond Tier. At Bronze Tier, players can obtain 200 silver fragments and once they reach Silver Tier, they can obtain 400 silver fragments. As per the latest leaks from the beta version of PUBG Mobile, players will be provided an astonishing skin for the beast AR weapon Groza.
Once players reach Crown Tier, they can collect the season reward of 3 rating protection cards. At Ace Tier, players will be given the Season Ace parachute absolutely free! However, the parachute skins and conqueror frame which is given to the players at the highest tier i.e. Conqueror hasn’t been revealed yet.

RPM3 leaks
Royal Pass Month 3 or RPM3 brings a quirky outfit for the players. Prior to that, players were able to obtain ocean themed outfits at the Elite RPM2 titled ‘Project T’.
RPM3 Avatar and 50 rank outfit
From the picture attached below, it can be speculated that Royal Pass Month 3 will bring cartoon themed outfits. Although the full outfit hasn’t been revealed, players can get a basic idea of the outfit from the RPM3 Avatar. It will be intriguing to see the full outfit once the makers of the game reveal the full outfit.
Emote
A new emote named ‘Mecha Reaper’ will be available for the players in the Royal Pass rewards. Although, it is not known whether this emote will be given in the Elite Royal Pass or the free Royal Pass. The emote looks quite funny which will be a perfect match for the cartoon themed RP.
Upgradable weapon skins
Many players have been asking for new weapon skins which can be upgraded. Upgradable weapon skins adds more features to the weapons which makes it stand apart from monotonous weapon skins. With BGMI C1S2, players can see 3 upgradable weapon skins- M416, M762 and QBZ. As of now, only the finish effect and the name of the weapon skin is available.
New Car Collaboration
C1S2 will bring a new car collaboration. Prior to that, BGMI had collaborated with Tesla where players were able to obtain exclusive Tesla car skins for Dacia vehicle. The new official collaboration will be with Koenigsegg Gemera which will bring new car skins for Dacia. Players can expect new events and Lucky Spins related with this collaboration.
