BGMI War of Glory: All you need to know
BGMI War of Glory: Many content creators speculated that the month of October will be filled with many third party tournaments of Battlegrounds Mobile India and their total prize pool can raise up to 2 crores. Villager Esports has announced BGMI War of Glory, a three week long tournament.
As soon as Krafton allowed the third party organizers to conduct BGMI tournaments, Battlegrounds Mobile India has been able to pull out a massive popularity. Several well-known eSports organizations are inviting the top BGMI teams from the country in order to decide the ultimate champion. The interesting fact is that we’ve been able to witness different champions in different tournaments which enhances the fact that a lot of competition has been created in the eSports industry of India.
BGMI War of Glory: Invited Teams
The latest organization to announce a tournament of BGMI is Villager Esports. This organization has been conducting various invitational scrims in order to grind the players before the arrival of BGMI India Series 2021. Apparently, this tournament is going to be the biggest third party tournament of BGMI as the prize pool of this tournament is 55 lakhs surpassing Skyesports BGMI Championship 3.0

Schedule and Format
BGMI War of Glory will be conducted in 2 stages – League Stage and the Finals. 24 teams have been divided into 3 groups, having 8 teams each. The top 16 teams at the end of the league stage will be able to qualify for the finals. This tournament is quite similar to the PMPL formats.
The tournament is set to commence from 5th October,2021 and will continue for a span of 4 weeks eventually culminating on 31st October,2021 deciding the ultimate champion.
Prize Pool
The league stage will be conducted for 3 weeks and a total prize pool of 5 lakhs has been set for each week. The prize pool has been divided in the following ways:
Winner of each week: ₹2,50,000
2nd Place: ₹1,00,000
3rd Place: ₹50,000
4th Place: ₹30,000
5th Place: ₹30,000
MVP: ₹40,000
At the final stage, teams will be competing for a prize pool of 40 lakhs which is distributed in the following ways:
- 1st Place: INR 20,00,000
- 2nd Place: INR 10,00,000
- 3rd Place: INR 4,00,000
- 4th Place: INR 2,00,000
- 5th Place: INR 1,00,000
- 6th Place: INR 50,000
- 7th Place: INR 50,000
- 8th Place: INR 20,000
- 9th Place: INR 20,000
- MVP 1: INR 1,00,000
- MVP 2: INR 40,000
- MVP 3: INR 20,000
Fans are looking forward to the largest third party tournament of Battlegrounds Mobile India. GodLike Esports which had won Skyesports BGMI Championship 3.0 will be a team to look out for. Other teams such as PV x IND, Team XO have been dominating most of the BGMI tournaments.
