The news of Ryan Garcia testing positive in the VADA test, which was conducted before the fight, has gone viral. The fight was on April 20, and Garcia’s stunning performance, which was shocking for most people, is still fresh. Many people believed that he wouldn’t be able to come up against a pound-for-pound boxer like Devin Haney. As such, now that he has allegedly used PEDs, Bill Haney has fired back at Garcia.

‘KingRy’ has apparently tested positive for the banned substance known as Ostarine, which is used for muscle building. Furthermore, he apparently failed the test twice after taking a urine sample on April 19 and 20. This might now cause Garcia’s victory to become a no-contest and remove the only loss Haney has suffered in his career. However, this was not enough for Bill, who issued a fiery response towards ‘KingRy.’

Haney’s father accused Ryan Garcia of cheating and attempting to hurt his child by using unfair means. Furthermore, he blasted KingRy for this and stated that they played by the rules for the fight. Bill also said that this was unethical and was no longer about boxing as a sport.

He also told Garcia that he shouldn’t brag about his victory after using drugs. Subsequently, Garcia has denied all these claims and believes that people are conspiring against him. ‘KingRy’ still has the option to submit another sample of his urine within 10 days to refute these claims.

The Dream highlighted how Garcia failed two tests since his urine sample was collected on April 19 and 20. Haney also remarked on how he has been an advocate for clean fights in boxing and has been against unfairness. He also believes that Garcia is still taking this as a joke and refers to his recent tweets.

After this, Devin Haney reflected on how boxers put their lives on the line by entering the ring and that boxing isn’t a game that you play. He also gave himself props for fighting until the very end, even though he had a disadvantage.
