Both Page and Perry had suffered visible damage over the 6 round fight
Mike Perry ruined Michael Venom Page’s starry eyed BKFC Debut with a rude awakening. The former Bellator champion was send to the canvas by Perry in the very first minute of the competition and had to play catch up for the remaining 4 rounds. Though he managed to do so, it only amounted to a majority draw at the end of 5 rounds.
This under BKFC Rules meant the fight would have an OT of 1 final round, on which the verdict of the fight will be delivered. Perry was able to shine here as he walked through Page’s strikes with a bloodied face to attest for the damage he had taken. Ultimately the
American won it all, ruining an exciting night of fights for the London Crowd.

Round 1
Perry opens up with a Overhand right, almost seemingly taking advantage of a glove touch offered by Page, that leads into a clinch. They are seperated by the ref. On the break, Perry charges and connects with a straight right that sends Page to his knees. The rest of the round continues with Page on the back foot. As they walk to their corners, Page seems to have a swollen eye
Round 2
Perry is wildly charging int Page, who more often than not catches him on the way inside. Page connects with two left hooks that shake Perry. Perry initiates the clinch but is seperated by the referee. Perry keeps initiating the clinch, though unsuccessfully. Page is having much more success finding his connections in this round.

Round 3
The round opens with Perry ducking a straight left and engaging in the clinch. Perry is bobbing and weaving into range , but the end goal always seems to be engaging in a clinch. Page is throwing from the waist, very reminiscent of Ali against George Foreman. Page connects with an uppercut at the end of the round as Perry charges in, Perry has a visible cut as he walks back to his corner.
Round 4
Page opens the round with a strong jab. He is much more confident in his striking now, connecting and moving out of the way of Perry’s swinging punches. Page lands another huge left hook as he pulls back but Perry walks through it like nothing happened. The Round ends with Perry aggresively trying to engage in a clinch, only to fail and end up on the wrong side of a few hooks by Page
Round 5
Perry and Page open up swining although this form of fighting clearly benefits Perry. Realising this Page backs out of range and stays in the place where he’s been most comfortable throughout the fight. The fight turns into a slugfest as it goes on, both fighters are exhausted and throwing very laboured punches. They engage in a brutal clinch, almost clinging onto each other as the final bell rings.
The judges have decided on a draw and have extended to one overtime round
Round 6
Page lands the first blow as both men swing for all they’ve got. Though Page is on the backfoot it is he who has a visible advantage in every exchange. They engage in a clinch where they both exchange body shots, Page breaks the clinch with a overhand right. Perry swings forward but Page is able to swiftly evade. They go down the stretch as they end the fight in the clinch.
