Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard has been on a tear this season. The two-time champion is playing some of the best basketball in his career. After going over .500 in their last win over the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Clippers registered another impressive victory over the Chicago Bulls at the Intuit Dome on Friday night.

The win saw the Clippers extend their winning streak to four games and continue their fine form since the turn of the year. They are currently at 34-32 and find themselves in eighth place in the Western Conference standings, two games ahead of the Golden State Warriors.

Meanwhile, the Bulls remain at 12th place in the Eastern Conference standings and are highly likely to miss the play-in spots this season. It was a disastrous start to the 2025-26 campaign for the Clippers, both on and off the court.

The unceremonious exit of Chris Paul, who had returned to the franchise for his second stint, was not a good look for the front office. At one point, the club were at 14th place with a 6-21 record and the players seemed to have no togetherness in the locker room.

Something certainly switched for the organization since that time. With Kawhi Leonard fit and healthy, the Clippers have been one of the best teams in 2026. It looked like their rise would crash after James Harden was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers at the trade deadline. However, the team continued to stay competitive.

Known for his introverted nature, Leonard has often been caught in hilarious and awkward moments throughout his career. Former Clippers star Blake Griffin, who now serves as an analyst on NBA on Prime, took the opportunity to impersonate Leonard’s laugh and he did not disappoint.

One of the funniest moments in Leonard’s career remains his laugh which turned into social media content during his time with the Toronto Raptors. The hilarious impression brought out laughter from all other panelists.

Fans react to Blake Griffin’s hilarious impersonation of Kawhi Leonard’s laugh

A couple of days ago against the Timberwolves, Leonard was caught in a viral moment for his reaction when a fight broke out between his teammates and Wolves players. On Friday, it was Griffin doing a Leonard impression that has gone viral. Fans took to the internet to react to Griffin’s hilarious impression of the Klaw.

Fans seemed to love Griffin’s impression and many believed he was spot on with it. Some of them will be looking forward to more impressions of Leonard in the future.

Kawhi Leonard is willing to play any style of basketball

The Klaw has been unstoppable this season. He has played in 52 out of a possible 66 games for the Clippers so far this season. When fit and healthy, Leonard is arguably one of the best two-way players in the league. On Friday, he recorded 28 points, four rebounds and three assists. It was not an efficient night for Leonard, but he still got the job done.

In his post-match interview, Leonard was asked about shooting a career-high three-pointers this season.

I’m able to play any style of basketball. Whatever the coaches want. If you ask any coach, I’m never a guy that’s complaining about what’s going on. It’s about what they need from me. If I’m not playing well, I try to get better at it. Whatever it takes to adjust and be the best player I can be and help the team win.

Kawhi Leonard said after the game

Leonard’s highest scoring average came in his first season with the Clippers, where he averaged 27.1 points. This season, he is currently averaging 28.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.8 assists. He is at a career-high 6.8 three-point attempts per game this season and is making 38% of them. The Clippers are scheduled to take on the Sacramento Kings on March 14 on the second night of a back-to-back.
